2023 Wolfpack Football Golf and Cornhole Classic

Welcome to the 2023 Wolfpack Football Golf and Bags Tournament Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card information available. Upon completion of registration, a charge from Cottage Grove Football will appear on your account.

Who: Park High School Football and Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Supporters, Alumni, and Friends
What: Four-Person Scramble, Cornhole Tournament , or 9-hole golf and bags to support Cottage Grove Wolfpack and Park Football
Cost: $100 per person for golf / $50 per person for Bags / $80 for 9 hole golf and bags
Includes: 18 holes of golf with cart, dinner, welcome kit, and hole events (longest drive, closest to the pin, etc.), We will have additional games during the round (Skins Game, Par 3 Contest and more) to help support our programs. Double Elimination Bags tournament with dinner, prizes, and games.
Hole Sponsorships: For $200, showcase your business or personal cause during the tournament but also all season long with Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football!
