2024 Season - Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Registration​

This registration will allow you to input all contact information, sign consents, and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration, a charge from Cottage Grove Football will appear on your account.

• 2024 Season Registration will stay open until June 30th.  We will allow registrations into July, but at an increased rate.  The sooner you register the better for season planning purposes and equipment handouts.  
• Equipment Handouts will be in July.  A separate signup will be sent as we get closer.  
• Flag Football is offered at the 1st-2nd grade level. Tackle Football is offered from 3rd grade-8th grade.
• Tacklebar Football is no longer offered at the 3rd grade level.  This was a league wide decision as the concept of tacklebar wasn't doing what it was supposed to be doing and actually doing the opposite of preparing kids for tackle football.  
• Guardian Caps will be worn over the helmets for all practices and games from the 3rd Grade Level through 8th Grade Level.  
• July 22nd-July 24th, Park Football will be hosting the annual summer youth football camp for all players grades 1-8.  The cost of this camp is $50 and is a non-refundable donation to the Park Football Program.  This is an evening camp ran by the Park Varsity Players and Coaches.  You can sign up through this registration or even the first day of the camp.  
• Practice begins the week of July 29th for grades 5-8 and the week of August 5th for grades 1-4.
• Game Schedules are completed in early August and communicated out by mid-August.  Games for all grades will begin in late August. 
• If you have a business or are part of a business that would like to sponsor a hole for the 2024 Wolfpack Golf and Cornhole Fundraiser on August 23rd at River Oaks, you will also become a sponsor for the 2024 Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Season and we will promote your business as much as we can.  The cost of the sponsorship is $300.  
• You will be asked to acknowledge waivers during this registration regarding COVID-19 and injuries during this registration.
• There will be a processing fee listed on the Shopping Cart page.
• Print a copy of your receipt, this will be proof of your registration.
• Upon completion of your registration, your receipt will hold you accountable for your equipment and the return of your equipment. All equipment must be returned within 30 days of the completion of the season or your account will be charged $260.
• Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football is a volunteer organization. It is now mandatory that parents volunteer at least (2) hours this season if needed.  Please consider this and fill in portion on registration form.
• If a parent wishes to coach with another parent, please indicate this in the notes section.  
• If family members need to be on same team, you must contact the grade director directly to facilitate this.  No exceptions.
• Official weigh-in day is the official weight of the player; no player will be allowed to re-weigh under any circumstances.

If you are unable to play due to financial reason and/or part of the free and reduced program, please contact our Treasurer at cgfootballtreasurer@gmail.com to discuss payment options. Please allow up to 10 business days to get a response. 

If you are registering more than two players in your immediate family, you will receive a 50% discount on the 3rd child's registration fee and 100% off on the 4th+ child's registration fee.   Please register the first two players as normal and then reach out regarding registration for the 3rd, 4th, etc.  Any questions about this, please reach out to our treasurer at cgfootballtreasurer@gmail.com.
