The Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football College Scholarship Program has been established to assist former players from Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football who have lettered in football at Park High School and have been accepted into a college or university.  

Minimum Application requirements for this scholarship are:

• Former member of Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Program and in good standing
• Varsity Letter in Football
• Graduating Park High School Senior
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrated responsible citizenship or Volunteerism.

The Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Scholarship Program may award between $500 and $1,000 in scholarships.  If you wish to be considered for the Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Scholarship, please complete this entire application by 11:45pm on Friday, March 31st, 2023.
