2023 Season - Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football Registration​

This registration will allow you to input all contact information, sign consents, and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration, a charge from Cottage Grove Football will appear on your account.

• Flag Football is offered at the 1st-2nd grade level.  Tacklebar Football is offered at the 3rd grade level.  Tackle Football is offered from 4th grade-8th grade.
• Practice begins the week of July 31st for grades 6-8 and the week of August 7th for grades 1-5.
• From July 24th-July 26th, the Park High School Players and Coaches will be holding a Youth Football Camp.  It is highly encouraged that our players participate in this camp as it gets them interacting with Park's Players and Coaches.  This camp is also fundraising camp for the high school as the profits go back to the Park Football Program.  Due to state high school league rules, the dates are set and will not be made up due to bad weather. 
• Equipment handouts for grades 3-8 will begin in July and will be communicated out at a later date. 
• Game Schedules are completed in early August and communicated out by mid-August.  Games for all grades will begin in late August. 
• You will be asked to acknowledge waivers during this registration regarding COVID-19 and injuries during this registration.
• There will be a processing fee listed on the Shopping Cart page.
• Print a copy of your receipt, this will be proof of your registration.
• Upon completion of your registration, your receipt will hold you accountable for your equipment and the return of your equipment. All equipment must be returned within 30 days of the completion of the season or your account will be charged $260.
• Cottage Grove Wolfpack Football is a volunteer organization. It is now mandatory that parents volunteer at least (2) hours this season if needed.  Please consider this and fill in portion on registration form.
• If a parent wishes to coach with another parent, please indicate this in the notes section.  
• If family members need to be on same team, you must contact the grade director directly to facilitate this.  No exceptions.
• Official weigh-in day is the official weight of the player; no player will be allowed to re-weigh under any circumstances.

If you are unable to play due to financial reason and/or part of the free and reduced program, please contact our Treasurer at jwftreasurer@gmail.com to discuss payment options. Please allow up to 10 business days to get a response. 

If you are registering more than two players in your family, you will receive a 50% discount on the 3rd child's registration fee and 100% off on the 4th+ child's registration fee. that. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.  Any questions about this, please reach out to our treasurer at jwftreasurer@gmail.com.
